Important Update: Temporary Processing Delays

We recently completed a major transition from one warehouse to another. While this move is an effort to improve our long-term efficiency, it has unfortunately caused a temporary slowdown in our returns processing. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

1. Processing Timeline

  • Current Processing Time for All Returns: While we normally process return and exchange requests within 6–8 business days, processing your return or refund may temporarily take 1 to 2 weeks from the date your item is received at our facility. This revised timeline applies to all domestic and international returns.

We will send you an email confirmation once your refund or exchange order is released.

2. Post-Processing Timelines

  • Refunds (Domestic & International): Once your refund is complete, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method/account.

  • Exchanges: * Fulfillment: Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment after the initial return processing is complete.

    • Delivery (Domestic): Allow 3–7 business days for delivery.

    • Delivery (International/Canada): Allow 8–14 business days for delivery.

3. Exchange Policies

  • Item Availability: All exchange requests are subject to the availability of the item requested. We are able to process even exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, based on inventory availability.

  • Higher Value Exchanges: If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, the new item will only be released once the invoice for the price difference has been paid.

4. Tracking & Support

  • Transit Time: Your returned order will typically arrive at our return center within 6–8 business days of shipment.
