Oftentimes, our carrier will scan packages as "delivered" before they are actually delivered.
If your order has been delivered to a parcel locker or community box, please use the key/note that the carrier left in your mailbox to find your package.
Note: Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender after 15 days. If your package is returned to sender, please contact us and we will be more than happy to reship your order.
If the package is not there, but tracking shows that it was left at your mailbox, front door, garage, reception area, or at any secure location in your shipping address, please allow up to 3 business days for the package to arrive. We need to wait 3 business days before declaring a package "lost."
If you still have not received your package within 3 business days of the "delivered" scan, please fill out the Notification of Nonreceipt by contacting us here.
