Returns are accepted for unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached within 90 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Note: Duties and taxes are non-refundable by Jaanuu as they will be reimbursed to the third-party shipping carrier.
At the moment, we do not offer Free Returns for our International customers, though we hope to have this option available in the future. International customers will be responsible for the shipping, handling, and customs charges to send back items.

Returns take 6-8 days to be fully processed. Once your return is received, we will release your refund/exchange and email you accordingly.
IMPORTANT:
Please write RMA# on the package to help ensure proper credit to your account. Since we do not have free returns in Canada at the moment, please mail the order back to the address below and secure the return tracking number.

Return Policy:
You can return items within 90 days of purchase, as long as they are in good condition, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Please note, we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, personalized or embroidered products, or gift wrapping. We’re happy to offer free returns within the U.S., and while customers in Canada are responsible for return shipping costs, we hope to offer free returns there in the future!
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.
