2. If the SKU and product received does not match with your order online, you may go to: https://help.jaanuu.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
3. Submit a request or click the chatbox icon on the lower left side of your screen and chat with our agent
4. Once the request is submitted through email, our Customer support will get back to you as soon they can.
5.Please have the SKU and/or photo of the product received ready. Note that you will be asked for these information for us to process a reship order or refund depending on your request.
