While returns normally take 6–8 business days to process completely, please note that a recent warehouse transition has caused a temporary slowdown. For now, please allow 1 to 2 weeks (7–14 business days) for your return or exchange to be fully processed once it reaches our facility. We appreciate your patience and invite you to reach out to customer service support for any status updates.
Please note that all exchange requests are subject to the availability of the item requested. We’re able to process even exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, based on availability.
If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, the new item will only be released once the invoice for the price difference has been paid.

Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are in good condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, personalized or embroidered products, or gift wrapping. A $7.99 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all returns. If you added Redo at checkout for that order, your return will qualify for free return shipping.
