How do I place a return or exchange?

1. Click here and enter your order number and the zip code associated with your order.

2. Select the items that you wish to return or exchange. 

3. Select the reason for your request. 

4. Take note of the RMA number and download the return label. 

5. Returns take 6-8 days to be fully processed. Once your return is received, we will release your refund/exchange and email you accordingly.

Please be aware that at the moment we can only exchange sizes and colors within the same style. We are unable to swap styles. Please choose store credit for your return if you want to swap for a different style. Following the processing of your return, a store credit will be added to your account so you can buy the desired item.

Please write RMA# on the package to help ensure proper credit to your account. You can go to My Account>Orders and Returns>  RMA number.
