At JAANUU, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items in good condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. If tags have been removed, we may still accept the return as long as the item shows no signs of wear or use.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Items marked Final Sale, personalized or embroidered products, and gift wrapping are not eligible for return or exchange

We offer simple and flexible options:

Free size exchanges

  • Choice of refund to original payment method or store credit



Canada Returns
Return shipping is not included and will be calculated during the return process
Exchanges are not available

  • Returns are eligible for refund or store credit only



International Returns
Return shipping is not included
Exchanges and store credit are not available at this time

  • Returns are eligible for refund only



Return Review & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. JAANUU reserves the right to deny a return or refund if items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above. This includes, but is not limited to, items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse, or returns initiated outside of the 30-day window.
In certain cases, returns may require additional review before a refund is issued.
