If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we'll assist you with a replacement or refund.
In order to continue improving our products, please complete the following so our Product Development Team can properly assess and look for options to fix the issue.
1) Please take a photo of the defect.
2) Please let me know if the item(s) have been worn and how they were washed.
3) Please include the order number, the SKU or style number, and the PO number located on the inside tag just below the care instructions.
