Student Discount FAQ: Save 15% with Student Verification

How do I receive the student discount?

Eligible students can receive 15% off by verifying their student status through ID.me. Click the student verification link during checkout or on the student discount page to complete the verification process.

Once your student status is successfully verified, your discount will be applied according to the offer terms.

I don’t see the ID.me verification link. What should I do?

If the ID.me verification link is not available, this may happen if you are logged into your account through the Shop app.

To access the verification option:

1. Log out of your JAANUU account.

2. Log back in using your email address (instead of logging in through the Shop app).

3. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email to access your JAANUU account.

4. Once logged in, the student verification option should be available.

What are the terms of the student discount?

The student discount provides 15% off eligible purchases.

Please note:

• The discount is not valid with other offers, promotions, sale items, or gift cards.

• Additional restrictions may apply.

• Discounts typically do not apply to items that are already discounted or marked as sale items.

Can I combine my student discount with another discount code?

If you have multiple discount codes available, the system will automatically apply the best available discount code to your order. Your student discount may not be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

Why didn’t my student discount apply to my order?

Your discount may not apply if:

• Your items are already discounted or on sale.

• You are purchasing gift cards.

• Another promotion provides a better discount.

• The items in your cart are excluded due to offer restrictions.
