Returning a Gift Card Order

If you paid for your order with a JAANUU gift card, your refund will go right back to that same gift card once your return is processed. We want your return to feel easy and worry free, so here is everything you need to know.

How Your Refund Works

Your refund always goes back to the way you paid. That means:

• Paid fully with a gift card: The full refund amount is added back to your original gift card.
• Paid with a gift card and another payment method: The amount you paid with your gift card goes back to the gift card, and the rest goes back to your card or other payment method.

Refunds for gift card purchases cannot be sent to a credit card, debit card, or bank account, and they cannot be paid out as cash.

Using Your Refunded Balance

Once your refund is processed, the balance is ready to use on your next JAANUU order. Simply enter your gift card number at checkout, just like you did the first time.

Please hold on to your gift card or the email it came in, since you will need the gift card number to use your refunded balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my refund go to my credit card instead? We are not able to move a gift card refund to a credit card, debit card, or bank account. The refund will always return to the gift card that was used.

What if I lost my gift card? Please reach out to our team with your order number, and we will be happy to help you locate your gift card details.

I received the gift card as a present. Where does my refund go? The refund still goes back to the gift card used on the order, so you can enjoy it on your next JAANUU purchase.
