1. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation confirming your order. The subject of the email will be "We got your order," and the email will be sent from [email protected].
If you can't find the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it might have been filtered there.
2. What if I can't find the order confirmation email?
If you can't find the order confirmation in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes the email may end up there. The email will be from [email protected] with the subject "We got your order."
3. How can I view my order history?
To view your order history, log in to your Jaanuu account using the email associated with your order. After entering your email, an OTP (One-Time Passcode) will be sent to your email to help you log in. Once logged in, your order history will be available under Account > Orders.
