If you don’t have a printer, you can still return your item using a QR code.
After you request your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your QR code.
Simply download or screenshot the QR code on your phone.
When you go to the drop-off location, just show the QR code on your phone — the staff will scan it.
All you need to bring is your item and your phone — no printer required!
