Q: I ordered the wrong size, color, or style, and I can no longer edit, change, or cancel my order. What should I do?

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help! Here's what you can do if you've ordered the wrong size, color, or style:

  1. Exchanges:

    • We can only exchange eligible items for a different size.
    • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. To request an exchange, please click here
  2. Returns:

    • If you need to return an item, a $7.99 return shipping and handling fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your total return amount. Please click here to process your return. 
  3. Final Sale Items:

    • If the item is labeled as Final Sale, we apologize, but it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Items marked as Final Sale are clearly labeled in the shopping cart and at the final billing summary, so customers can review before completing the purchase.
    • Embroidery: If the item has custom embroidery, it is also considered Final Sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Since we can no longer restock these items, we are unable to offer any adjustments.
  4. Order Modifications:

    • We can only make changes, edits, or cancellations within 30 minutes of placing the order during our business hours of 6 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, after this window, we can no longer modify or cancel your order due to our system limitations.
