Processing times:

• Order processing typically takes up to 1-2 business days.

• Embroidery orders currently require 7–10 business days for embroidery processing and completion. This is a temporary turnaround time and replaces the previously stated 2–4 business day timeframe.

• Rest assured, our team is doing everything possible to process and complete embroidery orders as quickly as possible.

• To ensure same-day processing, place your order by 6 AM PST (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed after 6 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• Please note, we do not typically process or ship orders over the weekend.

Shipping times:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands usually takes 7–14 business days, while deliveries to Guam may take around 2–4 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can easily stay updated on its progress
