Processing times:

• Order processing typically takes up to 1-2 business days.
• For orders with embroidery, please allow 2-4 business days for the process to be completed.
• To ensure same-day processing, place your order by 6 AM PST (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 6 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• Please note, we do not typically process or ship orders over the weekend.

Shipping times:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands usually takes 7–14 business days, while deliveries to Guam may take around 2–4 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can easily stay updated on its progress
