Returns and Exchanges Processing Time

1. Processing Timeline

Current Processing Time for All Returns:

Returns and exchanges are typically fully processed within 6–8 business days from the return date. This processing timeline applies to both domestic and international returns.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your refund has been issued or your exchange order has been processed.

2. Post-Processing Timelines

Refunds (Domestic & International):
Once your refund has been processed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges:

• Fulfillment: Please allow 1–2 business days for your exchange order to be fulfilled after your return has been processed.

• Domestic Delivery: Allow 3–7 business days for delivery.

• International/Canada Delivery: Allow 8–14 business days for delivery.

3. Exchange Policies

Item Availability:
Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability. We can process exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, provided the requested item is in stock.

Higher-Value Exchanges:
If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, the replacement order will be released once payment for the price difference has been been received.

4. Tracking & Support

Transit Time:
Returned packages typically arrive at our returns center within 6–8 business days after shipment.
