How do I place a return or exchange?Updated 18 days ago

Click here to submit your return or exchange request. Enter the order number and the email/zip/phone associated with the order. (Domestic orders)

Please note that all exchange requests are subject to item availability. We can process even exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, depending on availability. The original price will still apply, and if a discount code was used, it can still be honored for the exchange. Please allow 6-8 business days for the exchange/return to process completely. 

If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, the new item will only be released once the invoice for the price difference has been paid.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are in good condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. If the tag has been removed, we may still accept the return provided the item remains in good condition and shows no signs of wear or use. Free shipping will be included on all returns.
