If your order was placed on or before January 6, 2025, you can click here to initiate your return or exchange request. Enter the order number and the email/zip/phone associated with the order. (Domestic and International Orders)

Select the items that you wish to return or exchange.
Select the reason for your request.
Take note of the RMA number and download the return label. (Domestic orders)
Returns take 6-8 days to be fully processed. Once your return is received, we will release your refund/exchange and email you accordingly.
Please be aware that at the moment we can only exchange sizes and colors within the same style. We are unable to swap styles. Please choose store credit for your return if you want to swap for a different style. Following the processing of your return, a store credit will be added to your account so you can buy the desired item.

Please write RMA# on the package to help ensure proper credit to your account. Since we do not have free returns in Canada at the moment, please mail the order back to the address below and secure the return tracking number.

Return Policy:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in good condition, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Please note, we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, personalized or embroidered products, or gift wrapping. We’re happy to offer free returns within the U.S., and while customers in Canada are responsible for return shipping costs, we hope to offer free returns there in the future!
