Processing Times

Embroidery orders currently require 7–10 business days for embroidery processing and completion. This is a temporary turnaround time and replaces the previously stated 2–4 business day timeframe.
Rest assured, our team is doing everything possible to process and complete embroidery orders as quickly as possible.
- Weekend orders: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
- Expedited processing: Available for an additional charge, depending on order quantity.
Shipping Times
- Standard - 3 to 7 business days
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands 2 - 4 weeks
- Canada - 10-14 business days
- Alaska, and Hawaii - 7 to 14 business days
