Once you’ve placed your order, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery. As a result, we only have a 30-minute window to make any changes. After this time, we’re unable to edit or cancel the order.
For personalization or embroidery:
Please review your instructions carefully before submitting your order, including any spelling, size, and color, as we are unable to make changes once the order is placed. Embroidered items are also final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
If you need to cancel or edit your order:
If you need to make changes to your order (such as color, size, style, or address), please contact us immediately at [email protected], via chat, or by calling 844-452-2688. While we may have a slim chance of helping due to the 30-minute window, we will do our best to assist you.
If you wish to add more items to your order, you may do so and we can send you an invoice to complete your order. Or, you can simply place a new order online.
