Changes to an order can only be made within 30 minutes of submission and must be requested during our customer service business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM PST, as we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
If your order has already shipped and you notice the address is incorrect, we strongly recommend reaching out to the postal carrier right away to request an address update. While the chance of rerouting the shipment at this stage is slim, we can also assist by submitting a request to change or update the shipping address.
