Please follow these steps:

2) All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your order.
3) Select items to return and the return reason
4) Select the return method and send back the package via DHL
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached the International Returns Hub and has been inspected.
Note: Duties and taxes are non-refundable by Jaanuu as they will be reimbursed to the third-party shipping carrier.
