Changes can only be made to an order within 30 minutes from when it was submitted. These changes can only be made during customer service business hours (6am- 5pm PST Monday-Friday). We try and process orders as quickly as possible.
If your order has shipped out and you realized that the address is wrong, we recommend contacting the postal carrier to try to have the address changed or set up mail forwarding. You can also reach out to us on this link and we will do our best to assist you.
