Free, In-person returns and exchanges
You can return any of your items at one of the thousands of Happy Returns locations across the country.
- Click here and enter your order number and the zip code associated with your order.
- Obtain your QR code for a contact-free drop-off
- Simply bring your items to the location of your choice and your refund will be initiated immediately.
Please be aware that at the moment we can only exchange sizes and colors within the same style. We are unable to swap styles. Please choose store credit for your return if you want to swap for a different style. Following the processing of your return, a store credit will be added to your account so you can buy the desired item.
We advise returning the item using Happy Returns if you ship an order to a PO Box address. For other options, please reach out to us in this link.

As soon as the return label is scanned, your request will be processed. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for processing exchange orders and 3-6 business days for delivery.
Please note: All embroidery items are final sales and cannot be returned. We cannot make any changes to your order once it's processed or shipped. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing an order.
