If your order ID starts with “F”, please follow these steps:
1) Go to this link
2) Create an RMA number.
3) Write the RMA # on top of your package. Alternatively, you can attach your order invoice.
4) Return the package to the address below:

Once your return is received, we'll release the exchange and notify you via email.
IMPORTANT: Please write RMA# on the package. You can go to My Account>Orders and Returns>RMA number to find the value.
